If you have very limited time available, you can travel to Yli-Kaitala in just a half an hour from the centre of Helsinki. This is possible with our VIP meeting package which includes a helicopter flight from Helsinki city centre. Combine an unique sauna experience for all senses in the unique Moss Sauna. After relaxing in the sauna and a hot tube you can enjoy a tasty meal in the Ketunleipä restaurant made by our own chef.
We can arrange a meeting with catering services in the Ketunleipä restaurant, in our VIP villa Auringonsilta or you can even have a meal outdoors in Harakkakoski by the Kymijoki river, in the atmospheric Kipinä hut or on our own Lakinsaari Island.
Pellavatupa in the Tuuliviiri building also offers great facilities for meetings and client events for up to 30 people.
To make your business meeting unforgattable why not to have a relaxing moment in the Kipinä hut? A cup of coffee in the Kipinä hut while the farm owner Markku tells stories about the lives of his ancestors hundreds of years ago will take minds away from the present day.
After the meeting you can hire a quad bike and go for a ride along forest paths and fields. Or you can walk to the Lakinsaari island for a refreshing cup of coffee by an open fire.

Event booking confirmations, changes in number of participants and cancellations:
The customer/event organiser should confirm the number of participants and schedule fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Any special requests have to be placed by then.
The event organiser is legally bound to pay the full agreed-on price; this price and estimated number of participants are binding even if there may be fewer participants than expected or the event is cancelled.
An extra-person charge will be added to the final invoice if necessary.
Cancellations later than ten (10) days before the start of the event will be charged 50 % of the price. If the event is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, the full price (100%) will be charged.
Cancellations made later than 42 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the full price. If the accommodation is able to be rented to another person or party for the same price, only the deposit is retained by Yli-Kaitala lomamökit.
